Taconic Investment Partners has purchased a 1,416-unit residential complex in the Bronx for $136 million. The Eastchester Heights complex sits on 14.84 acres and has 1.1 million square feet of residential space. It comprises five separate clusters of buildings, located at 1400 Hicks Street, 3485 Corsa Avenue, 3444 Fish Avenue, 3438 Wilson Avenue and 3437 Eastchester Road.
