City agencies are planting seeds of change in two Brooklyn neighborhoods that are not known for their agriculture. The Department of Housing Preservation and Development recently transferred two 20,000-square-foot sites in East New York and Brownsville to the Parks Department that will be redeveloped into community farms. more By John Celock
