Westbrook Partners and Murray Hill Properties are selling the Brill Building at 1619 Broadway, which hit the market in March, for just over $150 million to Dallas-based Invesco Real Estate. The joint venture bought the 11-story, 175,000-square-foot Class B office building for $98 million last November.
