Broadway Partners closed on a commercial property portfolio buy from Beacon Capital Partners that included two Manhattan trophies, 237 Park Avenue and 100 Wall Street. The portfolio, which was also comprised of 24 buildings in other cities, is said to have been worth around $5 billion. more [NYO]
