Seagram heir and real estate developer Matthew Bronfman has struck a deal to sell his townhouse at 7 East 67th Street, which has been on the market since August 2002, for $33 million. There is a signed contract for the 25-room landmarked mansion, according to sources. The six-level, 14,000-square-foot mansion has a glass-enclosed four-story atrium, a double-height paneled library, plus six bedrooms, eight baths and “generous staff quarters.” The new owner can ward off chills with six wood-burning fireplaces. more By Catherine Curan
