Chetrit buying Lenox Hill townhouses

The Chetrit Group has closed on the purchase of two townhouses on East 76th Street for $8.7 million and is in the process of purchasing four neighboring brownstones, according to public records. The landmark townhouses, which were sold by Lenox Hill Hospital, are at 110-112 East 76th Street. When Chetrit closes on the purchase of the remaining buildings, at 114-120 East 76th Street, it will have purchased 23,000 square feet of contiguous space. The price tag for all six Upper East Side townhouses is likely to be north of $25 million. more TRD
