New York Law School is in the midst of a $190 million expansion in Tribeca. The school’s plans involves the construction of a 325,000-square- foot, nine-floor building and the renovation of three existing buildings on the block bound by West Broadway and Leonard, Worth and Church streets. New York Law School’s expansion–which will nearly double its space from 191,000 to 361,000 square feet–is being financed in large part by Alexico Group and Dune Capital’s $136 million purchase of the school’s library at 240 Church Street last year. more [NYT]
