The Real Deal New York

The Gateway School, a private elementary school that serves children with learning disabilities, is moving uptown. Gateway recently purchased 50,000 square feet of space at 211 West 61st Street for $20 million from New Jersey-based developer Cofinance Inc. The school plans to move from its current location, at 236 Second Avenue, after renovating the Upper West Side space. Gateway’s four-story building on Second Avenue between 14th and 15th streets is being transferred to Cofinance as part of the deal. more By James B. Kelly
