Developer Richard Kalikow, after announcing two weeks ago that he would buy out his partner Jeremiah O’Connor in the Manhattan House conversion, has now agreed to sell his interest instead. Kalikow’s Alpha Manhattan group yesterday sent a signed letter to O’Connor North America confirming that O’Connor would close on Kalikow’s interest by August 31.
