More $20 million-or-more townhouses have sold in the first six months than in every other year combined, according to a report published by Stribling Private Brokerage. So far there have been 56 townhouses sold for at least $5 million, more than in any other year since 2001. The same period also brought a record 69 co-op sales of at least $5 million.more [Observer]
