St. Vincent’s Hospital named former Mayor Ed Koch to be co-chairperson of Friends of the New St. Vincent’s, a partnership that advocates the hospital’s Greenwich Village expansion plans. The project, to be developed with the Rudin Organization, would bring a new hospital and residential buildings to the West and East side of Seventh Avenue. St. Vincent’s will present its plans at a Wednesday meeting.
