The NYU Hospitals Center has taken an additional 44,995 square feet for 13 years at 673 First Avenue. It also added 48,896 square feet in June at the office building, where it will now have 159,631 square feet. The medical hub, which also includes the New York Presbyterian Hospital, now occupies over 392,000 square feet. SL Green Realty brokered the deal. TRD
