Brendan Shanahan buys Park Ave. condo for $13.4M

A trust in the name of New York Rangers star Brendan Shanahan and his
wife Catherine Hooley Shanahan has purchased a condo at 823 Park Avenue
on the Upper East Side for $13.44 million, according to public records. The seller was
Property Markets Group, a New York-based real estate acquisition and
development firm. It’s been a big week for Shanahan — yesterday the
38-year-old left winger scored his 641st career goal, an overtime
game-winner that put him 11th on the NHL’s all-time career goals list. TRD
