Six Bronx apartment buildings sell for $24 million

A portfolio of six Bronx pre-war mixed-use buildings with 179 residential units and 30 commercial units has sold for $24.5 million. The seller, Intervest Development, was represented by the Eastern Consolidated, which procured the buyer. The buyer was not disclosed or listed on deeds. The properties include four corner buildings with retail: 2195 Grand Concourse, 117 Kingsbridge Road, 25 Gunhill Road and 2424 East Tremont Avenue. Intervest is run by principal J. Steve Nail. TRD
