Kibel Company, Toll Brothers to build on East 33rd Street

The Kibel Company, a New York City-based residential developer and building manager, has transferred a development site at 305-309 East 33rd Street to a joint venture with Toll Brothers, in a $56.65 million deal. The site is zoned for residential and community-facility development. Kibel Company declined to comment on its plans, saying they were not yet done. The Kibel Company manages six New York City buildings, including 300 East 51st Street, the first building damaged in Saturday’s crane accident. TRD
