City reveals plan for Hudson Yards parkway

The city has revealed its plans for a parkway that will run through the Hudson Yards area, between Tenth and Eleventh avenues and from 33rd Street to 39th Street. The first phase of the 30-foot-wide, tree-lined boulevard will be built from 33rd to 36th Street and is expected to be completed in 2012. All of the buildings in that three-block area have been acquired by the city.
