Real estate brokers Noel Berk and Elizabeth Omedes paid $3.2 million for a 1,718 square-foot-condominium in 15 Central Park West, according to city records posted today. The pair founded Mercedes/BERK, a boutique real estate firm that represents high-end properties in Manhattan and the Hamptons. They closed on the purchase of the 14th floor unit March 26. Berk and Omedes are longtime residents of the East 60s.
