Crane victim’s estate sues contractors

The estate of a 28-year-old woman killed in the mid-March crane accident on 51st Street, which killed seven, has filed suit against the construction companies involved at the project. The estate of the Florida woman, who was the only non-construction worker who died from the accident, filed in Manhattan Supreme Court, alleging that work at the site was done in a “dangerous, hazardous and reckless manner.”
