Sam Bhadha, the executive vice president of the Radisson Lexington Hotel and the Doubletree Metropolitan Hotel, has purchased a condo at 15 Central Park West for $4.15 million, according to city records. Bhadha, whose office has a photo of Marylyn Monroe looking down on Lexington Avenue from the balcony of a hotel suite she shared with Joe DiMaggio, oversaw the major renovations of both hotels.
