An Upper East Side condominium unit sold for $15 million to a couple who own an international poultry and meat export company, city records posted today showed.

Leonid and Ilana Kogan bought the 15th-floor, 4,498-square foot unit at 15 East 69th Street on May 13, after having gone into contract in January.

An official with the company declined to comment on Kogan’s purchase.

Globex International Inc. is a Manhattan-based trading company that specializes in the export of poultry and meat products and has offices in Latvia, Hong Kong and Moscow, according to its Web site.

In 2005, a ground floor retail condo in the building at 15 East 69th Street Avenue sold to Vornado Realty for $113 million, or $6,647 per square foot. The retail unit faces Madison Avenue

The former hotel located a block from the Frick Museum was built in 1927, and was restored and converted to condos in 1999. Bruce E. Toll, vice chairman of developer Toll Brothers, lives in the building.
