A Carroll Gardens property owner says he’s in negotiations with MTV over setting the upcoming “Real World: Brooklyn” series in his Third Place building. The brick six-story, five-unit, renovated rowhouse is on a block that Time Out New York once called one of the city’s 25 best. Its units range from $1 million to more than $2 million. Last week, the Brooklyn Paper reported MTV was scouting Downtown, at the Bell Tel lofts on Willoughby Street. Filming could start in July.
