H&M reportedly plans to open a store by next spring on Downtown Brooklyn’s Fulton Mall. The store could be one of the first in a glassy shopping center being built by developer Al Laboz at Bridge Street, next to his landmark Conway building at 505 Fulton Street. The 500,000-square-foot glass mall will have a major national retailer and luxury residential condominiums. H&M has one Brooklyn store at Kings Plaza Mall, which opened in 2001.
