Cooper Square Realty managing 20 Pine

Cooper Square Realty will manage 20 Pine, the luxury 38-story condominium marketed by Michael Shvo. The building, at Pine and Nassau streets in the Financial District, is located in the former Chase Bank Building built in 1928 and includes 409 units. The first sales in the building closed in April, two years after the sales office opened at the project, because of construction delays. 20 Pine was developed by Leviev Boymelgreen and designed by Armani Casa.
