An executive at an Australian bank paid $10 million for a four-bedroom condominium in an Upper West Side apartment tower built in 2001.

Timothy Bishop, executive director of the Macquarie Bank Limited, bought the 23rd floor unit in the Park Laurel condo at 15 West 63rd Street, near Central Park, according to city records published today.

Jack Stahl, a director with the Dr. Pepper Snapple Group and former Revlon CEO and Coca Cola president, was the seller. He bought the 2,900-square foot condo in 2002 for an undisclosed price.
