The troubled Williamsburg project known as the Finger Building is reportedly for sale. The Robert Scarano-designed building has been stuck at 10 stories while its fate has been argued in various lawsuits and regulatory appeals. It had been planned to reach 16 stories. Last November, Scarano told The Real Deal that he saw the project as a “tragedy.”
