Several NYC landmarks crumbling

AMNY has highlighted 10 landmarks that are crumbling, including the Smallpox Hospital on Roosevelt Island, the Corn Exchange Bank building in Harlem (also known as the Mount Morris Bank building) and St. Monica’s Church in Queens. The Landmarks Preservation Commission is threatening to fine owners of dilapidated landmarked properties up to $5,000 for neglect.
