Harvey and Bob Weinstein are returning to their roots. The movie moguls have taken a floor at 99 Hudson Street in Tribeca, where they built Miramax (now owned by Disney) into a Hollywood powerhouse. Weinstein Co., which has five Manhattan locations, took all 11,813 square feet on the fourth floor. The asking rent was $45 per square foot, but the deal was reportedly done for below that price. Landlord Mall Properties had recently considered converting the building into condos.
