Three members of a New Jersey real estate family have bought a unit at 15 Central Park West for $4.73 million. Rimma Lipsky, owner of ELR Realty, bought the condo with Eleanor and Laureen Lipsky, who are analysts at the firm. According to city records posted today, they bought unit 12G, a 2,242-square-foot three-bedroom apartment with eastern, southern and western exposures. TRD
