Tribeca tower starts sales

Sales have begun at the Herzog & de Meuron-designed tower in Tribeca, which will be one of the city’s tallest condo towers at 57 stories. The Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group is marketing 800-foot-tall tower at 56 Leonard Street. Herzog & de Meuron designed Ian Schrager’s 40 Bond and the Tate Modern Museum of Art in London.
