The Solomon R. Guggenheim Foundation signed an eight-year lease for 13,000 square feet at 345 Hudson Street, between King and Charlton streets. The space is on the 13th floor of the building. The foundation already occupies the entire 12th floor, bringing its total occupancy in the building to 63,000 square feet. The extra space will be used for new staffers working on the Guggenheim museum to open in Abu Dhabi in 2013.
