A new rendering has appeared of developer and architect DeArch’s 552 West 24th Street, which has been overshadowed by its neighbor, Annabelle Selldorf’s 200 Eleventh Avenue. DeArch is calling it “Chelsea Gallery Apartments.” The building was originally going to be an 11-story Peter Poon Architects design with gallery space and 10 residential units.
