3 Colliers real estate firms combining

Commercial real estate services firms Colliers Turley Martin Tucker, Colliers Pinkard and Cassidy & Pinkard Colliers announced the companies are consolidating under one holding company. The combined companies will have a property management portfolio of 288 million square feet, and a leasing portfolio of 210 million square feet. After the merger closes, the new holding company will expand to include Colliers ABR in New York City and will be one of the largest real estate services firm in the U.S. “Each firm brings unique expertise to the combined company. Sharing these resources allows us all to offer a more diversified platform to our customers,” Walter Pinkard, Jr., chairman and CEO of Colliers Pinkard, said in a statement. TRD
