Buyer’s agent contracts become popular

Buyer’s agent contracts are becoming more common to secure qualified home buyers and possible commissions. The contract creates an agreement that the buyer will be exclusively represented by an agent. In strong markets, contracts have not been popular because it requires agents to work first for the buyer, pointing out potential problems in homes that could bring down the price.
