Vibe magazine is leaving 215 Lexington Avenue to go to 120 Wall Street, leasing the 18,526-square-foot 21st floor for a decade. The rent is in the mid-$40s. Studley’s Howard Nottingham and Alison Bowen represented Vibe. Roger Silverstein and Stuart Christie represented Larry Silverstein, the landlord. Spin also left 215 Lexington Avenue, and is moving to Hudson Square. In its April issue, The Real Deal looked at where media companies were moving.
