Sales have commenced at be@Schermerhorn, a new 246-unit condominium at 189 Schermerhorn Street between Hoyt and Smith streets, in Downtown Brooklyn. According to StreetEasy, there are 34 units up for sale with prices ranging from $345,000 to $1.1 million. The 25-story building, developed by SDS Procida, is being marketed by the Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group. SDS Procida has used the “be@” line for residential properties including be@clinton west located at 516 West 47th Street.
