 Four six-story apartment buildings in Brooklyn sold for $35.3 million last week, brokered by Rosewood Realty Group. The buildings, at 715 St. Marks Avenue, 649 Empire Boulevard, 621 Lefferts Avenue and 114 Albemarle Road, make up 324 units and four commercial spaces. They sold for 10.4 times the current rent roll to a “very active” Brooklyn family, according Rosewood’s Aaron Jungreis.
