Two Northside Piers sales begin

Sales at the Two Northside Piers luxury condominium on Kent Avenue
between North 4th and North 5th streets began today. The building has 270 studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments with prices ranging from $349,990 to $2.9 million. The three-tower, mixed-use project is being developed by Toll Brothers City Living, RD Management and L&M Development Partners. The first Northside Piers building, One Northside Piers, opened for residents earlier this year. The developers are planning a third Northside Piers tower but have not yet set a construction date. TRD
