Lundqvist began playing for the Rangers in 2005 after an award-winning career in his native Sweden.

He bought the unit from developer Elad Properties on August 21, according to property records published today.

In 2006, Lundqvist bought a condo two floors below Rangers’ defenseman Brian Leech at the Bromley at 225 West 83rd Street, paying $1.75 million. He still owns the unit, property records indicate.
