Thor lawyer accuses Coney official of smear campaign

 
Thor Equities principal Joseph Sitt’s lawyer is accusing the president of Coney Island Development Corp., Lynn Kelly, of creating a smear campaign against the developer to discredit his plans for Coney Island. The attorney, Jesse Masyr, said Kelly’s statements about Thor’s plans are “factually incorrect and unhelpful.” Kelly previously accused Sitt of buying up land on the boardwalk and wanting Astroland to fail so he could build new condos and retail.
