Retired Rangers hockey player Eric Lindros listed his apartment at One Morton Square for $6.3 million, and an unidentified European bought a penthouse in the Setai, 40 Broad Street, for $7.82 million. Money Manager Chris Browne paid $10 million for a three-bedroom co-op in the Sherry Netherland, at 781 Fifth Avenue at 59th Street.
