Price cut at Spike’s office

The price for film director Spike Lee’s old office, located at 124 Dekalb Avenue in Fort Greene, has been dropped from $6 million to $4.9 million. The townhouse is being sold as a two-unit residential property, with a 1,500-square-foot one-bedroom home and a 2,000-square-foot two-bedroom apartment.
