Tisch grandson sells $3M Flatiron condo

Alexander H. Tisch, the grandson of the late Laurence Tisch, a founder and chairman of the hotel and finance holding company the Loews Corporation, sold his Flatiron District condominium for $3.025 million. Alexander H. Tisch is the son of Andrew H. Tisch, co-chairman of the board and chairman of the executive committee of the Loews Corporation.

The buyer of the apartment in the 23-unit Beaux Arts-style building, Bullmoose Condominium at 42 East 20th Street, near Park Avenue, was Christopher Flint, who closed on the sale September 16, according to property records published today.

The unit is a 2,222-square-foot studio apartment and was listed for $3.3 million, according to StreetEasy.
