CUNY leases at 25 Broadway

The Borough of Manhattan Community College, a
22,000-student CUNY
school, has signed a lease for over 40,000 square feet in the Cunard
Building at 25 Broadway in Lower Manhattan.
The school’s Fiterman Hall at 30 West Broadway was destroyed on 9/11, and the college has had trouble finding
space for its students since then. The Center for Continuing Education
and Workforce Development will move into the eighth-floor space at 25
Broadway.
