Massey Knakal Realty Services sold a 10-unit apartment building in Williamsburg for $1.75 million to a Pennsylvania buyer. The four-story building at 145 North Seventh Street has nine rent-stabilized units and one vacant apartment. The units range from 350 to 700 square feet. A Massey Knakal broker said the seller had owned the property for 40 years.
