Mortgage broker David Findel, of Worldwide Financial Resources, is being
sued by a former friend who claims Findel
borrowed $480,000 from him in 2004, but allegedly has only repaid about $100,000. Findel
recently bought two of the best seats at the new Jets stadium for $400,000. The fraud and
breach-of-contract suit, filed Friday in Monmouth County Superior Court, says
Findel promised to repay the loan within 60 to 90 days, and is asking for the
rest of the money plus interest.
