Developers offer plans for Chelsea’s Pier 57

Three developers, C&K Properties, the Related Companies and Young Woo and Associates, have submitted proposals for Pier 57 in Chelsea. Friends of Hudson River Park board members said they are hoping the developers’ plans include community amenities such as schools and art spaces. Pier 57 contains about 300,000 square feet of space between 15th and 16th streets.
