Park Slope’s Argyle is 70 percent sold out

The Argyle Park Slope condominium at 294 Fourth Avenue, at Seventh Street, is 70 percent sold out. The L-shaped, 12-story condo has 60 units, and the remaining ones are priced between $475,000 and $965,000. The building, developed by Wheaton Associates, has a virtual doorman, fitness center, onsite parking and a roof deck, and Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group as the exclusive sales and marketing agent.
