After arguing with landlord SL Green about rent and construction at 1515 Broadway, entertainment giant Viacom has renewed its lease there for more than one million square feet. The lease will keep Viacom in the Times Square building through mid-2015. The rent was not disclosed, but the company was reportedly paying $50 per square foot on its old lease, and SL Green has recently signed new leases at the building for $85 per square foot.
