Kravitz slashes price again, others buy and sell

Kravitz has cut the price of his Soho penthouse again. It’s now listed
at $14.995 million after he cut it down to $18.75 million in October.
Hedge funder Scott Bommer and his wife Donya are selling their
apartment at the Ritz-Carlton for $35 million, less than four months
after purchasing it for $28.5 million. Sundance Film Festival
co-director Geoffrey Gilmore and film producer Julie le Brocquy paid
$2.475 million for a three-bedroom condo at 25 Central Park West.
Morgan Stanley executive Guy Metcalfe has re-listed his five-bedroom
apartment at 15 Central Park West for $16.5 million, after buying it
just two weeks ago for $9.35 million. And Christopher McFadden, a
managing director at Goldman Sachs, sold his triplex apartment at 95
Charles Street for close to $8.5 million.
