The zip code 10023 on the Upper West Side has had the most home sales of at least $5 million this year. Even without the ultra-luxury condo sales at 15 Central Park West and the Time Warner Center, the area saw some major deals. At 1824 Broadway, the Trump International Tower, seven units sold for a total of $46.6 million in transactions. Seven units at 120 West 72nd Street also sold, for a total of $44.3 million in sales. And at 25 Central Park West, three condos sold for a total of $24.2 million.
